With nearly twenty reliable and recent machines (5% for annual turnover is dedicated to new investiments) SMPT is able to manufacture quality products in line with customers’ needs and requirements.
MILLING
20 multi-axis CNC machines 5 axes palletized and equipped with EROWA cell - Multi-axis turning - Milling 3 and 4 axes - Small and medium dimensions up to 1,700 mm.
PROTOTYPE
A "prototype" unit enables a model to be produced within very short deadlines and co-design.
MARKING
Shopfloor for specific engravings:
screen printing - pad printing engraving by filling
laser engraving.

QUALITY CONTROL
Control means are available at the workshop stations for self-checking, and an air-conditioned room is equipped with ZEISS CNC 3D measuring machines.
PAINT
A liquid paint booth, coupled with an oven at 250°C, allows to control the quality of the aspects, and a better reactivity.
ASSEMBLY ADJUSTEMENT
Complex sub-assemblies - Sensitive adjustments: preparation before treatment,
micro deburring tribofinishing - micro beading crimping - HELICOIL® installation adjustments.
